Many of you know that I'm new at the whole blog thing and one very important aspect of a blog is photos. So I have been exploring different photo editing apps. I figured learning how to edit photos for social media would be the first step. After using several different apps, a brand new one is definitely my favorite: A Color Story App. It has just about everything you'd want in a photo editing app, filters, effects, tools...
The app itself is free, as are almost all of the editing tools. In-app purchases mainly consist of extra filters and effects packages. So you can pick and choose which ones you'd really want/need. Although right now they have them all bundled up for $7.99, which saves you approximately $5.00. And if your app accidentally gets deleted you can restore your purchases, so no worries there!
With over 100 filters, you will definitely be able to fine one that will work on your photo. 10 of them are free and the rest are in packages that you can pick from. Most of the time with the standard filters, if the colors are bold the white and shadows are then darkened. These filters and tools are designed to help brighten up colors without over doing it. And they are perfect for all of your selfies, as they designed to work with all the different skin tones there are.
