Ice Ice Makeup

Down here in Fort Worth, TX we may or may not get any super cold weather; it might last a weekend or maybe a week, other years we actually get a really winter including ice and snow. So regardless of your type of winter, here is the perfect ice makeup.

Unlike wearing browns, that are warm in tone, silver is a cool hue. Perfect for the middle of winter and paired with a black-white outfit.

Apply foundation primer; then blend in concealer and foundation. I have been applying concealer under my eyes and then letting the translucent powder 'bake' so a large layer and then let it sit for several minutes. Then dust off excess.

Add blush to the apple of your cheeks. Then a thin layer of the mineral powder foundation all over.

Pat eye primer on eyelids; spread Crystalline under brow bone and inner corner of your eyelid.
Spread Sterling all over eyelid. Stone goes on the outer corner of your eyelid.

Create a thin line with your eyeliner pen, drawing it upward to create a small cateye. Apply two layers of mascara. And then a layer of Shock Tart Lip Gloss.

XOXO,
Suzanne Marie
