Wyoming - Part 4

After much deliberation, E & I decided we should split up our big round trip into two shorter one. So after we went through Yellowstone, Idaho, and Grand Teton, we headed back to our hub (the M's house). In the day and a half at their house, quite a bit went down. The evening before we left for Glacier National Park, we had a bonfire outside and well one thing led to another....

And E's mom got drunk, which was cute, until we got upstairs and they started to talk about boys and relationships, then it got awkward. So I politely made the excuse of wanting tea, and headed down to the kitchen. Long story short, it was a rather long night that included waking one of the boys up downstairs, E crying on my shoulder, and us drinking tea on the kitchen floor.

The next morning I asked E if she was still up for going to Montana (it was an eight hour drive) and she said she was so after breakfast, we headed out. Neither one of us enjoyed the drive, because it was ridiculously windy, so for eight hours we were fighting the wind while driving on the highway, and it was exhausting.

Once we got to the East side of Glacier Park, it was amazing!

XOXO,
Suzanne Marie
