Red - the color of apples, firetrucks (except in Ft. Worth, they are actually white), Valentines and the color of 2017 winter season. It's the perfect holiday color to wear as a bright statement. And it makes the perfect pop of color to any party outfit. Just think, you don't have to worry if you can't find big ticket items in your wardrobe. The bright red, looks amazing in fun accessories, such as purses, earrings, or a fun heel, so go digging and see if what you can find.

Last Saturday, we had another Style Collective meetup in Dallas. First off, had I been thinking I'm not sure I would have gone, just because the restaurant was at the NorthPark Mall and the parking situation was beyond crazy. Driving around and around, hoping for the perfect timing.

Banana Republic sent over Bethany, a stylist and brand rep for a winter outfit presentation. There were four super cute outfits, she put together, all perfect for a different kind of holiday event.

A fun cape made with a great textile, such as a tweed pattern, and take a casual girls-night out outfit to the next level, while staying warm and comfortable.

Having a fun black dress that has a little extra detailing that can be pulled out for any holiday party and can be brightened up with an extra pop of color through some fun shoes or a clutch.
