Last month, I got to head down to Waco for a long, but fun day with some of my wonderful Mary Kay directors. It was so much fun exploring the Magnolia Market grounds and then, because most of the lunch trucks were not there that day, we went and had lunch at Buzzard Billy's.
Oh my word, y'all if you have not watch Fixer Upper, it is the best show ever; I mean seriously I've laughed and cried while watching it. The couple, Chip and Joanna Gains, are the sweetest people ever.
The other fun thing, for me at least, is this is exactly my kind of style. Ever time I watch the show, I get more ideas for my future home. And I have to say it is a little hard going there when you don't have an apartment or a house to decorate. Hahaha, so until I'm out of college and finally move out, it's all just dreams and ideas, but it's one of the best places to go for inspiration, because unlike most stores they don't have everything just on shelves, literally there are displays and ideas every where you turn.
Later on this summer, they are planning on opening up a garden shop and a bakery!! I'm super excited about both, but especially the bakery!
They have a fun outside area with lots of food trucks, and picnic tables (which they are adding covers to, so you can still enjoy it when the sun is shinning bright!). Plus, they have a grounds area for kids to run around a play, and they even provide lots of cool toys for them to play with!
