It can seem overwhelming learning how to use them in place of other medicines we have, but it is fun to learn alternative options that can help. Anxiety - Lavender, Frankincense
Depression - Wild Orange, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Balance (Dóterra blend)
Migraines - Peppermint, Marjoram, Lavender
Cold & Flu - Lemon, Oregano, Eucalyptus
Sore Throat - Lemon, Oregano
Insomnia - Lavender, Vetiver
Addiction - Grapefruit, Black Pepper
Skin Problems - Lavender, Frankincense, Sandalwood
Muscle Pain - Peppermint, Lavender, Frankincense
Fatigue - Wild Orange, Peppermint
Motion Sickness - Peppermint (I used this in Ireland after feeling very nauseous on the bus a few times.)
