A Simplified Life

Emily Ley, the author of Grace, Not Perfection and is the creator of the Simplified Planner (also found here and you can read my reviews here & here), just released her second book, A Simplified Life and it is the perfect read for anyone and everyone who needs a little bit of simplicity in their life. She goes through step by step several different areas in life that could stand some reorganizing. From home, to technology, finances, and faith, there is something in there for every women you know.

For me there were multiple takes aways, sparking ideas and rethinking how I need to simplify certain areas of life. I loved the section about organizing your house, but since I'm still living at home in half a room, it is not exactly the most practical chapter for me. But the financial chapter hit home, as I've been trying to figure out how to pay back my small amount of student loans and gave me several ideas on what to do, not just for the short term, but long term as well.

I love that there are achievable goals in each of the 10 areas/chapters. And at the end of each one, there are several easy tasks you can do right then and there to get a jump start on simplifying your life.

You can purchase it from many major retailers, but it's usually listed cheapest on Amazon (here).

XOXO,
Suzanne Marie
